All our Leather Ankle Ugg Boots are Australian Made in our South Fremantle shop in Western Australia. We have been designing and manufacturing Aussie products since 1979. Q: Are they 100% wool?
A: All our ugg boots are made with 100% sheepskin hand crafted by us in our South Fremantle show room. You can come and watch for yourself.
Q: Will they smell after wearing?
A: Wool’s unique structure means that it won’t allow the build-up of body odours so you can keep wearing those same uggies for days on end and even years.
Q: Do they come in other colours?
A: We have the largest range of colours in the world from Light Pink to very dark Black and all the colours in between. Simply give us a call if you want something that is not listed above.
Q: Are they supposed to be so tight when new?
A: A new ugg boot should feel like your foot is getting a big bear hug so tight is good. The reason it needs to be tight is that the wool will flatten and the hide on the outside will stretch, this will give you about an extra centimetre after wearing.
Q: Can I buy your product anywhere else?
A: No Eagle Wools only sell their products themselves ensuring quality service every time.
Q: Where are they made?
A: They are 100% handmade in our South Fremantle show room by us and have proudly been done that way since 1979.
Q: Can I get big sizes?
A: We make the largest ugg boot in the country and that is a size 17.
Q: Are they waterproof?
A: Once you have sprayed them with the water proofing they will be protected, however they are not fully waterproof unless you purchase leather waterproof Ugg Boots.
Q: Do they come with a guarantee or warranty?
A: Eagle Wools offer a 12 month manufacturing warranty with all of our products that we make in our factory.
Q: Should I wear socks with them?
A: Wool regulates itself to individual body temperature and really is warm in winter whilst cool in summer. So just enjoy the comfort of wool.
