The best uggies money can buy. Sure you can get the cheap synthetic ones from Big W, and have them fall apart come next winter. Or invest in a quality pair of EW uggs and get 10 years out of them no worries!

As a rural shopper (from Esperance, WA) it is a one stop shopping trip to enjoy while visiting Fremantle. I have taken visiting family and friends into Eagle Wools and have never been disappointed. I will be visiting the new premises on my next trip to Freo.

Love the boots. I wanted ugg boots so when my mother in law went to Australia she picked a pair for me. I have had it for over 4 years and I can’t compare the comfort and warmth with any other shoe. My other ugg boots (the one that most people know about) is truly a joke when it comes to warmth. My feet are always cold in them but these Eagles uggs are such a blessing to my cold feet. Thank you

If you’re looking for genuine Australian made, Australian wool ugg boots look no further. Why risk non Aussie made ugg boots elsewhere which may or may not be made of real wool at about the same price? Online well you could but the key to awesome uggies is the right fit! Very helpful staff, great range of boots and because they’re made on site they can even make custom features, non common sizes and so on. But what about warranty, try 2 years on boots and these guys have been in business for two decades. I’ll be back….

We have just picked up our Toyota Fortuner from Eagle Wools where they fitted fantastic wool seat covers. We chose the grey as it goes so well with the interior of the car. So comfortable. Yah love them

My husband and daughter took me to Eagle Wools to get me some new ugg boots. The new premises was light and spacious. We were left to browse at our leisure without any sales pressure. To our surprise we were also offered the chance to join the membership program and we were given a discount on that day for our purchase. A lovely friendly experience. We’ll be back.

Have pretty much everything sheepskin and even cow hides, you could want. Very helpful staff. Had seat covers made 7 yrs ago, elastic broke, enquired about fixing, and paying for repair, was fixed no charge. Definitely would check these people out…

The salesperson was friendly, approachable and engaging. Ended up purchasing a pair of uggies to replace my old ones (purchased from Gowings in Sydney.. gives you a rough idea of how long they lasted). The product is excellent. I believe it is locally made and cannot fault it whatsoever. Worthwhile purchase and will definitely shop there again if the need arises.

I have been buying ugg boots from here for about 10 years after my husband told me I needed to buy (real) ones… I now buy a new pair every 2 years. I will never buy from anywhere else as the service and product are second to none. I have mine made to my design every time. These people are genuine and helpful and try to tell me just to get them resoled but I love the feel of a new pair regularly. My whole family (5) have all boots from here but they don’t wear them near as much as me and have had theirs for many years… Thank you for your great products and service… see you next year… Jenny

Eagle Wools Fremantle produce the most fantastic ugg boots. Besides being made in Western Australia, they offer a great range of colours and they can make them especially for you. If the uggs have any issues within a year, they will fix them free of charge. I bought a pair some years ago and found that a bit of the stitching was unravelling. After a short correspondence with Pam about the issue, they agreed to fix them. Great service.

Great local company in Fremantle making awesome, well made ugg boots. Friendly staff with helpful advice. Well stocked store with many different options, and if they don’t have your size / colour, it can be made in a few days! First time ugg wearer but now can’t keep my feet out of these boots.

Eagle Wools were so fantastic for me. We purchased 4 uggs for my family. Mine were too big however (I hadn’t realised & had worn them) & they resized them for me free of charge & posted back out to me. I just paid the postage which I was happy to do. Customer service was great, & also they had our order of ugg boots ready before the scheduled pick up date. Beyond happy & grateful Thank you Eagle Wools.

After wearing my previous EW slippers around the clock for years, it was time to sadly say goodbye to them and reach out to EW for a new model. After mentioning my “design request” to Hayley, she verified that my request could be met and 5 days later I could pick them up. My previously enclosed slippers had no collar, but as I had ordered open heel slippers this time, they arrived with a “fluffy” collar as this provides better comfort. At first I was disappointed but to my very pleasant surprise Hayley, after seeking feedback from the tradesman, told me that they would make a new pair free of charge without the collar. I was blown away by their offer of generosity, however decided to take this pair and let them “grow” on me. They have done exactly that, as my custom made, nicely priced new slippers are never far away indeed. Great customer service and love the trimmed collar.

Loving my boots, the wool is so warm that I find myself having to take them off at times. On those cold mornings and nights my boots are my go to! Best feet warmers in the world! The rest of the store have a good range. A variety of very nice products. I’ll be back!

We found their service exceptional and personalised not just said to be heard. I have a size 14 and my wife a size 6 neither was an issue both were treated the same. Both had to be manufactured to suit our need and was completed within 24 hours. We wanted matching colours and this was also delivered. Their product knowledge was clearly complete. Their service was old style which was warm and welcoming. We will be going back.

Eagle Wool are the highest quality uggs that last for years, been purchasing from them since their prior Freo location and always recommend them to people. Recently they went above and beyond to specially arrange the size / colour needed for my mum’s birthday. Their service was top notch and so warm and friendly :)

This is an exciting place to visit, full of a wide range of Australian made quality goods. It’s roomy and pleasantly set out, with great lighting and friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Highly recommended if you want quality souvenirs or to check out all the wool products. Great stuff!

Great service! I find most shoes are too wide for me so I went in to try on some ugg boots and get advice about the fit. The shop assistant told me they could make a custom order of narrow fit uggs for me. There was an additional cost for a custom order but I thought it was very reasonable, and the boots were ready to collect in less than a week! I’m quite happy with the quality too.

These boots are the best quality you will find! 20 years ago a friend of mine brought me a pair from Australia (I don’t know which manufacturer) of the same quality. I wore them for 15 years. I tried to find boots of the same quality level but was always disappointed, including those ordered from Australia… until now. I heard of Eagle Wool by chance, from a Reddit post about good quality ugg boots and people advising some shops. I then checked on the web and found out they had a ton of good reviews and kept being positively mentioned on the internet. You can see videos of them crafting in their shop. So I decided to give it a try and buy a pair. Well I can tell you it was more than a good surprise! The shipping was fast (I ordered from France) and the quality… They are the same as these boots I had 20 years ago! Same solid and fluffy sheepskin, so comfortable! I love them. I will never order elsewhere from now on since I finally know where the best ugg boots come from!!! If you consider buying and hesitate, well you can trust this shop they are true professional craftsmen and you will be more than happy with your purchase just as I am now. Fantastic quality ugg boots. Made on site, their products are top quality.

Excellent quality, comfiest and most durable ugg boots I ever owned. I wear mine every day, they keep their shape and are easy to clean (water stains just brush off), plus they have a great range of colours and designs to choose from. Their store in Freo has much bigger range than what’s online, so definitely worth visiting if you can.

Full of stock. Very helpful and friendly. I went for the squashy Barmah hats. Loads to choose from. A long drive for me but I got exactly what I wanted.

Amazing shop full of fantastic products. They didn’t have the slippers I wanted on the shelf but as they make in house we were able to get a pair ordered at no extra cost.

Have been to the store twice for ugg boots. The sales assistants were amazing both times, super helpful but also gave me time and space to think about what I wanted without being pushy or overbearing. Extremely well made boots and ended up returning for a second pair. Certainly worth visiting the store in person, the sheer range of what they have is insane and if they don’t have exactly what you’re after in stock they will make it for you in less than a week! Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to buy sheepskin products or ugg boots.

We contacted Eagle Wools for wool car covers and let me tell you the quality of the wool is insanely beautiful to touch and look at. We ordered both two front seat covers and the back seat fitted for our Prado, took 10 days to make and arrive even with me being fussy and wanting the Toyota logo, Michael went above and beyond working on our car all day his attention to detail is phenomenal and even fitted our centre console for no charge. Our long road trips to country and back to city will be in so much comfort now, Thank you, we will be back!

Staff are so friendly and the quality of their workmanship is second to none. I had 100% Australian wool cover fitted driver seat and hoodie for the passenger seat made. Couple of days, made to measure and fitted. Sooooo comfy
