Return and Exchange Policy
Eagle Wools provides a detailed description and images from various angles of our products. However, due to variations in manufacturing or supplier differences, products may vary slightly from the images shown. Colour shades may also differ owing to the dyeing process and the colour quality on your device. Small imperfections that may appear in the wool are natural characteristics and contribute to the uniqueness of the product. They should not be considered flaws in the manufacturing process. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or store credit unless they are found to be faulty.
Exchanges: We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. While we don’t provide refunds for change of mind purchases, we are happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note that any cost of postage for the exchange will be at the customer’s expense. Exchanged items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Faulty Products: If a product is found to be faulty, we reserve the right to repair the item where possible. If a repair is not possible, an exchange will be offered. The cost of returning the faulty product will need to be covered by the customer.
